Recap: Crazy dope battle between Swave Sevah and Nu Jerzey Twork is only marred by Twork recycling some bars in the 3rd round. Nonetheless, with the veteran Swave dishing witty barbs at Twork’s notorious hand/gun gestures, pointed bully bars, fire tutorials on life, fiery (“Nigga, you wear hoods, I am hood and I’m still in the mud like I’m trying to ambush the Predator!”) personals, guns (esp. during a classic 2nd round that had the crowd mesmerized) and his opponent’s penchant for under utilizing his talent via sizzling punchlines, with Twork also spazzing with the (“It’s known, everybody moving right past him, you stuck on this silly rapping shit, the oldest nigga in your fucking class, you Billy Madison!”) personals, fierce set-ups, stinging rebuttals and rich gun-speak throughout the 1st and 2nd rounds, you’re still left with a couple of debatable rounds going into the 3rd. But thanks in part to the aforementioned reused lines from Twork as well as his own fiery turn of roundhouse punches and virulent mayhem, the deciding 3rd and the battle would go to Swave.
Verdict: Swave Sevah (W) 2-1
