Recap: Chef Trez versus Charron for 3 rounds (not counting the added freestyle round at the end here) on the RBE stage, goes about as expected with 3 high quality rounds of spicy rebuttals/freestyles (hey, there’s an idea, with their noted acumen for dope freestyles and rebuttals, maybe Trez and Charron should form a tag-team?), piercing mayhem/punchlines and spitfire personals. Still, outside of a 1st round that Trez was able to equate in potency thanks in part to his ability to dish 3 of them thangs, an almost flawless, versatile, punch-crazy, racially transparent and off-the-dome superior 2nd round by Charron got him the lead in the battle, before a just-as-crazy 3rd round with near the amount of robust bars as the previous one won him the battle while at the same time beating back two pretty solid and rebuttal happy, but not quite as consistent turns by Trez.
Verdict: TIE
Favorite line: Charron – “Have him see through when I’m rolling up, try to creep, slow as fuck, even when I’m sleeping I got a can on me…Homer’s gut!”
UPDATE: Changing the outcome of this battle to a ‘Debatable’ after Charron was caught stealing bars in the 2nd round by DNA Tooth, thus losing the 2nd round to Trez.
