Recap: Just because you know what’s coming doesn’t mean that you can always prepare yourself for it. As Quban finds out here, what with the DMV battler (who altogether gave a dope effort with some sizzling name flips, rigid wordplay and gritty punches/personals throughout) sighing out load upon hearing the first few words from opponent Ooops in round 3, knowing damn well what was coming and still, after the two split the first couple of rounds, falling victim to another gripping, poignant and socially-conscious final round from an activist/battle rapper who’s made his 3rd’s a must listen.
Verdict: Ooops (W) 2-1
