Recap: Dope 3-rounder here from KOTD’s Season 1 tournament features Pass vs. Ciddy with both battlers bringing their A-games. What with an ever aggressive Ciddy scoring with sizzling multi’s, intricate/hardbody (“All I need is two fingers, Bruce Lee push-ups!”) punches and a bunch of hitting personals, while a just as combative Pass used a boatload of fiery name flips, boastful punchlines and piercing wordplay/style breakdowns to stay on pace with his opponent throughout the battle. Close throughout with barely any room for filler, had a slightly more haymaker-lit Pass edging round 1 before Ciddy returned the favor in round 2 to even things up. Last round might’ve been slightly edged by a still pugnacious Ciddy too if not for a hitting rebuttal by a still game Pass to start his round, therefore making this bout debatable.
Verdict: TIE
Favorite line: Pass – “You could never be on my level, you reaching still ain’t get it, he know this Town Bidness way beyond Ciddy [city] limits!”
