Recap: A real goodie here from RBE’s ‘Divide and Conquer’ card between B. Magic and Coach Corleone. Bagin bringing a shitload of killer 4-bar set-up/punchlines and crazy name flips, while Corleoen made his mark with a bunch of sturdy similes and relentless mayhem when came to the punches. Close and competitive throughtout, it’s a more haymaker-lit Corleone who takes the first round, before Magic turned it up when it came to steadier/hard-hitting punchlines (esp in round 3) to take both of the latter rounds for the win.
Verdict: B. Magic (W) 2-1
Favorite line: B. Magic – “Think this pump fake?, I don’t hesitate, I mean it’s really ‘fuck you cuz’ like Kevin Gates!”
