Recap: From The Rap Committee comes one of those outta-nowhere battles as Canada’s Charron crosses the border to face off with Milwaukee, WI’s Bankhead. A pretty competitive 1-rounder thanks in part to Bankhead’s gritty punches and underappreciated humor, with an elongated, but versatile turn that featured a gang of nifty freestyles, flexing name flips, sporty set-up/punchlines and witty personals, it’s the more steadily potent and haymaker-rich Charron who comes out on top.
Verdict: Charron (W) 1-0
