Recap: When he wasn’t speaking up for gay rights or spouting some witty (Mitch!) barbs on long-held allegations of Young Kannon messing with trannies, J. Murda’s rampant yarns of mayhem was just enough to edge a close 1st round. Besides that, this one was all YK, who after a pretty solid 1st that he barely lost out on, used a gang of spitfire gun bars, stellar punchlines, hitting hometown ATL bars and some potent personals/wordplay to overwhelm a couple of dope at times, but at times lackluster turns by Murda.
Verdict: Young Kannon (W) 2-1
Favorite line: Young Kannon – “…after all that, y’all battled and he smoked you, you was chasing clout for no reason, I mean yeah you pulled Red shirt and then he sat you down for the season!”
