Recap: A pretty solid, at times punch-heavy and oft-righteous showing by Ooops gets beat back in the 1st and 3rd rounds by a boatload of nifty punchlines, head-on personals, fiery schemes and some spirited wordplay/name flips from Emerson Kennedy, thus giving the Utah lyricist a successful debut on the RBE stage.
Verdict: Emerson Kennedy (W) 2-1
Favorite line: Emerson Kennedy – “Where I’m from, only snitches go to therapy Ooops, even tho we close to a brink, jealous of Ant-man, when I’m in trouble I can’t go to a shrink!”
