Recap: At first I thought that was Prep underneath the old man disguise. But it turns out it was actually St. Louis emcee Metaphor here in this 1-rounder from GOTG against Danny Myers. And while the former’s pointed gun bars and righteous punches made for a solid performance overall, one too many subpar bars from Metaphor and a Myers mired in raucous haymakers, stinging pontifications/storytelling, boastful barbs and aggressive personals/punchlines gets Danny the win.
