Recap: Virtual 1-rounder from WRGB/RBE between 40 B.A.R.R.S. and Queen Vixen serves up yet another example of there being levels to this shit as despite both battlers spitting a gang of gritty rhymes, the more much nuanced, punch-heavy, personal/mayhem-rich and scheme/wordplay-lit 40 (even while struggling a bit with her flow) easily spouts more haymakers to gain the win.

Verdict: 40 B.A.R.R.S. (W) 1-0

Favorite line: 40 B.A.R.R.S. – “40 hazmat, you just another muthafucka begging for me, what’s your Cash App?!”

Ms. Hustle defeats Queen Vixen

Recap: Well, that was entertaining. And to be fair to Queen Vixen tho, getting triple-teamed in a 1-round, one-on-one battle and having a nude picture of yourself exposed for all the world to see, would probably make anybody tight. That said, Hustle already had this battle won before Viixen and the other chick made their cameos. Not that Vixen didn’t have a solid turn with her own series of mayhem and nifty punchlines. But an amped up performance by Hustle that was matched by more raucous punchlines, hitting personals/schemes and righteous 4-bar set-ups, would prove to be too much in the end.

Verdict: Ms. Hustle (W) 1-0

Favorite line: Ms. Hustle – “Bitch, I’m excited, I heard you like fighting, but that last bitch?, you ain’t even hit her not once, now it make sense why you was fucking Chilla Jones, y’all both take too long to get to the punch!”

Bonnie Godiva defeats Queen Vixen

Recap: From Bar4Bar Rap Battle League, Bonnie Godiva and Queen Vixen both put on a competitive show for this 1-rounder with a gang of gritty punchlines, slinging metaphors, hitting personals and some catchy 4-bar set-ups. But a slow start by Vixen combined with more rigid mayhem by Bonnie, gives Ms. Godiva the win.

Verdict: Bonnie Godiva (W) 1-0
